The Singapore Army came across Jing Quan's facebook post and wanted to share it with you. He witnessed a heart-warming act by one of our soldiers who offered his Army gore-tex jacket to keep a drenched and shivering passenger warm. There was also another passenger (man in black T-shirt) who showed his concern by checking on the passenger and assisted him when he got off the bus. This is what Jin Quan posted,
"This boy was drenched and shivering. And this 阿兵哥 lended him his gortex jacket to help him keep warm and even help him get off the bus. Even the guy in the black tee was trying to help. Faith in humanity restored."

Jing Quan provided us with additional information that he witnessed this on 5 Oct, where he boarded Bus 15 at Tampines MRT station at around 6.20pm.
